Wanderers
Walk, jog, walk.
New, coming back, or just not in a hurry. No watch needed. Walking is part of the session, not a failure of it.
The Nunny Grimsby
Nunny Striders is a casual running group from Nunsthorpe. We meet, we shuffle, and we wait at the corners. Fast is optional. Coming back next week is the point.
01 · Paces
You pick a group when you join, and you can change your mind on the night. The route idea is the same. The short loop peels off. Nobody finishes alone on their first outing.

Easy enough to talk.
Most Tuesdays live here. Conversational pace. If you are gasping, this is the wrong effort for tonight.
A bit quicker.
Still a social run. You wait at the corners like everyone else. Thursday efforts are here if you want them.
02 · A night
Meet five minutes early on the pavement outside Centre4, Wootton Road. The centre is the landmark. It does not run the group.

We meet at Cleethorpes Country Park and run their free 5 km. You register with parkrun, not with us.
One meeting point, a short loop and a longer one, and a wait at the corners.
A casual running group from Nunsthorpe. The first job is to meet on a Tuesday and not lose anyone.
